JACET中部支部 支部長／中部支部大会実行委員長の藤原です。
昨日は、台風接近に伴うご連絡を差し上げ、ご心配をおかけしました。
その後、気象庁等の最新情報を確認しましたところ、大雨への警戒は引き続き必要なものの、大会は予定どおり実施できると判断いたしました。
明日27日（土）は、朝のうちは名古屋でも雨が残る見込みですが、その後は天候の回復が見込まれ、夜の懇親会も無事に開催できる見通しです。
つきましては、6月27日（土）の中部支部大会（名城大学ナゴヤドーム前キャンパス）は、予定どおり対面で開催いたします。
懇親会も予定どおり実施いたします。
皆様にお会いできることを、実行委員一同、心より楽しみにしております。
ただし、台風や梅雨前線の影響で、当日は各地で交通機関の乱れが予想されます。
ご来場にあたっては、決して無理をなさらず、ご自身のご都合と安全を最優先にご判断ください。
出発前に、交通・気象情報を今一度ご確認いただけますと安心です。
万一、交通機関の乱れ等で参加が難しくなった場合（特にご発表・ご司会の方）は、お早めに実行委員会までご一報ください。

Dear all,
This is Yasuhiro Fujiwara, Chapter President of the JACET Chubu Chapter and Chair of the Chapter Convention Organizing Committee.
Thank you for your understanding regarding yesterday’s message about the approaching typhoon.
Since then, having checked the latest information from the Japan Meteorological Agency and other sources,
we have concluded that—while caution against heavy rain is still needed—the convention can be held as scheduled.
On Saturday the 27th, rain is expected to linger in Nagoya in the morning, but the weather should improve afterward, and the evening reception, too, looks set to go ahead.
Accordingly, the Chubu Chapter Convention on Saturday, June 27, at Meijo University, Nagoya Dome-mae Campus, will be held in person as planned, and the reception will take place as scheduled as well.
The entire Organizing Committee very much looks forward to seeing you all.
That said, transportation disruptions are anticipated in various areas due to the typhoon and the seasonal rain front.
When traveling to the venue, please do not push yourself, and make your decision with your own circumstances and safety as the highest priority.
We recommend checking transit and weather information once more before you set out.
If you find it difficult to attend due to transit disruptions—especially presenters and session chairs—please contact the Organizing Committee as early as possible.
